PLATFORM: system consisting of a web application, offered by ECOHALAL and owned, operated and managed by ECOHALALwhere the USER can view and use the services offered by ECOHALAL.

USERnatural or legal person registered on the PLATFORMwho accesses and/or uses the services offered by the PLATFORMoffered by ECOHALAL.

VISITORAny individual who browses the ECOHALALavailable at: https://ecohalal.digital/but who does not necessarily use the services offered by the PLATFORMoffered by ECOHALAL.

DATA PROCESSINGEvery operation carried out by ECOHALAL with personal data of the USERsuch as those relating to its collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of the information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.

1. PRIVACY POLICY

The USERS accept and agree that the information registered on the PLATFORM to be published and/or provided in accordance with the provisions of this instrument.

The USERS accept and agree that:

• The data collected and processed by ECOHALAL through the PLATFORM will be stored on ECOHALALservers, which may be subcontracted, and the headquarters of these servers may be outside the country.
• The storage and processing of data by ECOHALAL will last for as long as the USER remains on the PLATFORM. In the event that the USER unsubscribes from the PLATFORMthey may revoke their consent to ECOHALAL to process their data. Otherwise, this consent will be considered to be for an indefinite period.
• Any information provided is stored in a database controlled by ECOHALAL.
• The servers are owned and managed by service providers contracted by ECOHALAL.

A PLATFORM is owned by ECOHALALand the USER use it in accordance with the Terms of Use and Services available at https://ecohalal.com/termos-de-uso/but the source code, brand, technical, design, process, reporting and other elements that help us characterize the PLATFORM are the property of ECOHALAL and must not be used by the USER in any way not previously authorized in writing by ECOHALAL.

A ECOHALAL may use the data provided by the USER through the PLATFORM to verify that it is complying with its legal duties, in order to be diligent and ensure the legality of all the characters in the supply chain, which it assists through its technology.

The information collected by ECOHALALwhich the USER provides through the PLATFORMmay be used for benchmarking purposes. In this process ECOHALALin order to improve its services and functionalities, will compare the data of different USERS. In the event that any USER prefer this operation not to take place, they should contact us through the channels provided by ECOHALAL.

During the term of this instrument and after its expiry or termination, ECOHALAL undertakes to keep the identity of the USER. That said, all DATA PROCESSING operations carried out will ensure that the USERS USERS PLATFORM to third parties.

Furthermore, ECOHALALin order to guarantee the traceability of products from the supply chain of which the producer is a part, will make use of data provided via the PLATFORMincluding the geolocation of the property, to ensure the origin of the respective products. In the event of any doubt about the above procedures, the USER should contact ECOHALAL to resolve any questions.

O USER agrees that he/she will not do, attempt to do, or assist anyone in doing any kind of reverse engineering or attempt to access the source code and database structure in relation to the PLATFORM.

Comments and suggestions from USERS and VISITORS are very welcome and can generate innovations or implementations that can be incorporated into the PLATFORMbut this will not give the USERor the VISITORany kind of right over them.

Nor the USERnor the VISITOR have and will not have any direct or indirect ownership, title or interest in the PLATFORM, the website or ECOHALAL.

Although using computer infrastructure managed by third parties, ECOHALAL does not authorize the use of USER by the service provider.

Although ECOHALAL chooses the world's leading data security service providers, ECOHALAL ECOHALAL disclaims responsibility for any possible hacker attack or failure of security technologies that could lead to this information being exposed.

A ECOHALAL protects all personal data of the USER using technically and economically reasonable standards of care, taking into account current Internet technology. O USER acknowledges that there can be no expectation of total security on the Internet against hacking of websites or other irregular acts.

ECOHAL reserves the right to ECOHALAL to provide the data and information of the USERas well as the entire system used in the PLATFORMto its technical team, which may be made up of employees of ECOHALAL employees and/or ECOHALALwho will be responsible for managing the security and reliability of the PLATFORM and the data of USERS.

All members of the technical team, whether employees or contractors, will sign a confidentiality agreement stating that they undertake to keep all commercial, accounting, administrative, technological, infrastructural and technical information, i.e. any data disclosed to each other as a result of maintaining the operation and security of the PLATFORM, strictly confidential. PLATFORMrefraining from using it for their own benefit or that of third parties.

A ECOHALAL is not authorized to provide the data registered by the USER to third parties, except in the manner provided for herein.

Also, in relation to its website, available at https://ecohalal.digital/, a ECOHALAL reserves the right, when VISITORS make any comments, to collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor's IP address and browser data, to help detect spam.

Because of this, an anonymized string of characters created from the VISITOR email (also called a hash) can be sent to Gravatar to verify that the respective VISITOR uses the service.
